I’m Enzo Barros Bellissimo, founder of Similar Info (Similar Tecnologia e Inteligência Artificial Ltda, Alphaville — Barueri, SP). We build custom software and AI agents for Brazilian businesses: the first system we shipped runs an entire health-plan brokerage — sales, quoting, negotiation, onboarding and after-sales — and Simi, our voice agent, makes the first call to new clients.

This blog is where I write down what I’m learning along the way: what actually works in production, what breaks, and what turns out to have been the wrong problem all along.
